Our first appointment is a chance to get to know each other and understand your goals. This meeting typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
Before we meet, I’ll ask you to share a wish list of what you would like to change, improve, or accomplish. During the consultation, we’ll walk through your home, discuss your lifestyle, review the project area, and talk through your budget, preferences, priorities, and any items you want to keep, replace, or repurpose.
I may also take measurements and photographs to help develop the next steps.
Once the direction is set, the fun begins.
We’ll work together to develop a decorating plan that may include colors, fabrics, furniture, lighting, window treatments, accessories, flooring, or other design elements.
For some projects, the solution may be as simple as rearranging furniture, repositioning artwork, restyling accessories, or moving pieces from one room to another. For larger projects, we may create a more complete room-by-room plan.
I always like to begin with what you already have and love — then build from there.
If you prefer to order items yourself, that’s perfectly fine. If you would rather have help managing the details, I can assist with ordering, follow-up, deliveries, scheduling, and coordination.
When craftsmen, installers, or delivery teams are involved, I can be on-site to help ensure the work is completed properly and the details are handled with care.
